• Issued by the Silverthorne Police Department to residential property owners. 
• Right-of-way parking permit for short term functions such as parties and sealcoating of driveways. 
• Group neighborhood requests (paving, sealcoating of driveways, HOA meetings) should be submitted by one individual for the entire group. 
• Vehicles must be parked off-pavement, on the same side of the street, and oriented in the same direction. 
• The Town may impose additional conditions on any permit as necessary. 
• Permits are issued Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.
