Room rental rates listed below are for regular business hours, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. An additional $100 will be charged for meeting times occuring outside of regular business hours.

- Council Chambers Room (85 seats): $40/hour or $270/day for Silverthorne residents. $60/hour or $405/day for non-Silverthorne residents.
- Both Council Chambers and the Schmidt Room (120 seats): $60/hour or $405/day for Silverthorne residents. $90/hour or $610/day for non-Silverthorne residents.
