Tsunami Swim Club (7 -10 Years)
Tsunami Swim Club is for children who love to swim and want to explore a more competitive side to swimming. Students will learn stroke refinement, form lasting friendships and have the opportunity to attend swim meets.
Entry Skill: Learn to Swim Level 4 or swim test prior to program.
Email us to schedule a swim test. The swim test is:
- 25 yards freestyle/front crawl with rotary breathing and arms out of the water
- 25 yards backstroke
- Familiarity with butterfly and breast stroke
Tsunami Senior Swim Club (Middle and High School)
This advanced swim club is for kids who have participated in the Tsunami Swim Club or have comparable swim team experience. Swimmers will practice three to four days a week and have the option to participate in a more competitive arena through USA Swimming.

USA Swimming Membership
To compete in USA Swimming sanctioned meets, swimmers needs to be a member of USA Swimming. We attend one USA Swimming meet a season. Meet fees vary.
Swimmers can register for a seasonal or annual membership with USA Swimming.
Practice Locations
Practices are held at the Silverthorne Recreation Center and Summit High School. Both pools are 25 yards in length and have between four and six lanes. Pools are staffed by the Town of Silverthorne to provide the best environment and meet our safety guidelines.
Practices at the Summit High School Swimming Pool are held when approval from the Summit County School District is granted.
Waivers
All Tsunami Swim Team coaches have received training in CPR, First Aid, AED, Concussions Training and General Safety Training to provide the safest environment for our swimmers.
