IV, Zoning Districts and Standards, of the Town's Development Code. Each zoning designation has a set of
standards for use, setbacks, lot coverage, and density.

Design Districts
The commercial and mixed-use areas of Town are governed by Design District Standards. There are six Design Districts which provide additional site and architectural standards and set maximum allowable heights.
