Winter Solstice Art Journaling & Festive Reflection

Escape the holiday hubbub and celebrate the coming winter solstice by taking an inspired journaling workshop. Carrie will lead this class with creative writing prompts and playful art. The class will be a safe and supportive space for adults to unwind, relax, and engage in self-expression through meditation, art, and writing.
