Intro to Ceramics: Put a Lid on it!

Put a lid on it. In this intermediate to advanced hand-building class, you'll learn how to build a box with a lid. We will discuss ways to get a perfect fit considering clay shrinkage, design elements with sprigs/knobs, and texture. You do not need to return to glaze; the instructor will apply a clear glaze for you. Your project will be ready to pick up three weeks after class completion.

*Ceramics is a multi step process and pieces will need to be dried and fired in the ceramic kiln and may take up to 2 weeks. You will need to return to the studio once everything is bisque fired to glaze your pieces and place on the glazed shelf to be fired again.

Cancellations must be made 48 hours before the class start time. If a cancellation occurs, those enrolled on the waitlist will be added in the order they registered.
